- Property Security: check all doors, windows and system check
- Plumbing fixtures: service all water closets, run water in all sinks and drains
- Pools/Fountains/Spas: monitor water levels and clarity, ensure upkeep from service provider
- Landscape: ensure upkeep from service provider, monitor proper irrigation levels and inspect fro any irrigation breaks
- Maintain residence HVAC, lighting to keep energy costs as low as possible during absence
